Terms of use

Updated November 6, 2026

About these terms

Bunbit is a habit app run by Kayseri Martinez. By using it, you agree to these terms and to how our privacy policy says we handle your data. On an iPhone, Apple’s standard license for apps applies too.

Who can use Bunbit

You need to be 13 or older. If the law where you live sets an older age for agreeing to apps like this, you need a parent’s permission.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself: you’re responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it anytime in Settings.

Using Bunbit fairly

Don’t use Bunbit to break the law, to get into other people’s accounts or data, or to overload or attack the service. Don’t copy, resell or take apart the app, except where the law lets you.

Your habits and notes

What you write in Bunbit is yours. You let us store and sync it only to run Bunbit for you.

Carrots, looks and badges

Carrots, looks and badges are part of the game. They have no money value, can’t be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and go with your account if you delete it. Bunbit is free.

Not medical advice

Bunbit helps you build habits. It isn’t medical or mental health advice. If something about your sleep, mood or health worries you, talk to a professional.

The app as it is

We work to keep Bunbit running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, so we offer it as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses from using Bunbit. Nothing here takes away rights the law where you live doesn’t let us take away.

Changes

We may change Bunbit and these terms. If a change matters to you, we’ll say so in the app or on this page before it applies. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and you can stop using Bunbit anytime.

Which law applies

The laws of the Dominican Republic govern these terms. If you live somewhere else, you keep the protections your local law gives you.
